. It's her an Professor Ratigan. For those that don't know, she was the one that got me into the Great Mouse Detective in the first place.
Turns out that all Basil ever had to do to thwart Ratigans evil schemes was to scratch him behind the ears. It's his weakness! Although, there might possibly be some alcohol involved here too!
